Requirements:
To qualify in Arizona, candidates must meet the following:

Associates degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Active Arizona PTA License issued by the Arizona State Board of Physical Therapy

Fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Education

Knowledge of pediatric or school-based therapy practices preferred

Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Job Duties:

Deliver therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising PT

Support student participation in classroom and physical activities

Document progress and communicate findings to the PT and education team

Assist with the fitting and use of adaptive equipment

Contribute to maintaining a safe, inclusive environment for students
